Standard UK shipping is £10.00. Orders over £250 qualify for free delivery.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as public holidays or promotional events.

All Stratum Clinic products are shipped directly from authorised UK distributors. This means your skincare is always handled by specialist logistics partners who understand the care these products require.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel's journey. If you haven't received a tracking update within 2 working days of your order confirmation, please get in touch at info@stratumclinic.co.uk.
