Are your products genuine?

Yes. All products are sourced directly from authorised UK distributors. We are an authorised UK partner for both Medik8 and Obagi Medical.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery is 2–4 working days. Free delivery on orders over £100 — otherwise standard shipping is £10.00.

Can I get a skin consultation?

Yes. We offer free skin assessments with a UK Independent Nurse Prescriber. Book via our Consultation page.

Do you offer returns?

As many of our products are named patient items (i.e. prescribed specifically for you), these cannot be returned once dispensed.

Products may only be returned if you have received the wrong item due to a distributor error, or if the product is defective. In either case, you must contact us via the Contact page to request return approval before sending anything back.

Where a return is approved, items must be returned within 7 days. A return address will be provided upon approval.

Who selects the products?

Every product is personally chosen by our founder based on clinical evidence, ingredient quality, and real patient outcomes. We don't stock everything — only what we'd recommend in clinic.
