How long does delivery take?
Orders dispatch within 1–2 working days via tracked Royal Mail. Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch. Free delivery on orders over £250. For full details, see our shipping policy.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products in their original packaging. Prescription products cannot be returned once dispensed. For full details, see our returns & refunds policy.
How do I get a skin consultation?
Our free written skin assessment is available to everyone. Simply complete the consultation form with details about your skin type, concerns, and current routine. Mark Taylor ( MSurg, INP, RMN) will review your information and recommend a personalised protocol — usually within 24–48 hours.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We are authorised ambassadors for both Medik8 and Obagi Medical. Every product is sourced directly from the official UK distributor. We never source from grey-market suppliers, parallel importers, or third-party resellers.
How do prescription products work?
Prescription skincare (such as Advanced-Protocol Retinoid) requires a consultation with our Independent Nurse Prescriber before purchase. After completing a skin consultation, your clinician will assess suitability and, if appropriate, issue a prescription. You can then purchase the product through our prescription products page. Returning patients can order refills directly.
